Users who submit works to weirdjuice3d.com shall retain all copyright
and other intellectual rights to their original works. Weird Juice Software shall
not pass on, sell or otherwise exploit those submitted works, other than to feature
in the competition at weirdjuice3d.com.
Should you require us to remove your entry from our website, please email us at the
above address and we will remove it within seven working days.
Weird Juice Software shall not pass on, sell or otherwise exploit email addresses
to any affiliates or third parties. We hate spam as much as you do.
Weird Juice Software's Competition Terms and Conditions:
- Entries must contain no sexually explicit material, excessive violence,
or any other content or material that may be offensive. Entries may be removed if
they are found to contain offensive content either by staff at Weird Juice Software,
or at the request of visitors to the website. Contact webmaster@weirdjuice3d.com
to report offensive material. Eventual decision regarding content lies with staff
at Weird Juice Software.
- Weird Juice Software's products should be used at some stage of
the production process. This must be evident.
- Winners shall be chosen from valid entries. The staff at Weird
Juice Software shall jointly decide upon winning entries.
- Winners shall be notified within one week after the closing date
for each competition.
- The winning entries and entrants' name shall be made public on
weirdjuice3d.com.
- Entries shall be displayed on the website at weirdjuice3d.com as
competition entries, and archived when the competition closes. If you require your
entry to be removed, email your request to webmaster@weirdjuice3d.com.
Entries shall then be removed within seven working days.
- The entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions.
- Entries are not limited per person: you can enter as many times
as you like.
- An image can be submitted to as many competitions as you wish,
as long as you feel it is relevant to the current theme.
- Should any disputes arise, the decision of Weird Juice Software
is final.
